One of the main advantages of Magnum Ice Sheets is that they are extremely safe and easy to handle. The rolls and sheets are perforated and all you need is water and a freezer.

Tear off exactly what you need from the roll or sheet. Soak the dry Ice Sheet for 10 minutes in fresh water Freeze the swollen pads as low as minus 40°C

If freezing more than one pad, place plastic film (plastic bag) or waxed paper between layers of Ice Sheets. Stack them silver laminate to fabric. If freezer space is limited and sheets need to be folded then do so silver to silver (separating additional sheets as advised). ICE BERG WARNING - Over stacking will affect freezing time and (if not separated) risks an ice berg!

Beers - Lay your Ice Sheet over the beer cask (or wrap around your keg, securing with bands, bungee cord or similar). Food - Pack the frozen pads above your product (fabric side down), as cold sinks downwards. To keep cold for longer periods place another Ice Sheet under your product.
